Much of the content available on espgame.org is owned by Carnegie Mellon University and is protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

The images presented by the ESP Game are selected at random from the World Wide Web and may be protected by copyrights. Although you can come across and access the images through our service, we cannot grant you any rights to use them for any purpose other than playing the game. Accordingly, if you would like to use any images you have come across through our service, we advise you to contact the site owner to obtain the requisite permissions.

Appropriate Online Content

By "Content," we mean the software, communications, images, sounds, and all the material and information you see on our Service. espgame.org does not pre-screen all Content available on our Service. espgame.org does not assume any responsibility or liability for Content that is obtained at random from the World Wide Web or provided by members or other guests on espgame.org. espgame.org does not endorse, approve, or prescreen any Content that you or other users communicate on the Service. We reserve the right to remove Content that is objectionable to us for any reason. espgame.org does nos assume any liability for any failure to remove, or any delay in removing, Content. Members and other guests may generate Content in the game. This kind of Content must reflect our standards, and we may remove it if, in our best judgment, it does not meet those standards. When we do, if you are a member, you may receive a warning from us if your Account was responsible for posting the offensive Content. If it's a serious offense or you've violated our rules before, we may ban you from participating on espgame.org and terminate your member account.

Promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.

Carnegie Mellon University claims ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service, including all words you type into the game.
